- Dual access feature enables the machine to perform two functions at once, such as setting up an outgoing fax while another fax is coming in
- Fast 14.4Kpbs modem transmits a page in a more 6 second; optional 33.6 Kpbs modem upgrade further increases transmission and reception speed
- Standard 2.5MB memory stores up to 200 pages and is expandable to 4.5MB maximum (up to 360 pages) with optional non-battery backup memory expansion card
- Standard universal paper tray holds 250 sheets of either legal- or letter-size paper; optional 500-sheet paper tray expands paper-handling capacity to 750 sheets
